He is more human because he had true emotions after he killed Victor and the other humans. He learned to read and write like any other newborn.
He is more monster because he does not think about what he is doing, He just kills. He had the appearance of something evil.
--Who is more responsible for the destruction caused, Victor or the monster?
Victor is more responsible because he created the monster, and if he had never created the monster none of that would have ever happened.
The monster is more responsible because the monster knew what he was doing, he knew killing was wrong. He could have stopped killing at any time.
